Our riding/driving programs are delivered by trained voluntary coaches recognised under the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme (NCAS).
During riding session the coach/whip is totally responsible for the safety of all participants.
RDA SA coaches undergo a review process every four years. During the four years they must have met several updating requirements in order to become re-accredited and to continue to coach. RDA specific training is available to coaches at both State and National levels. Coaches are also encouraged to widen their horizons by attending training events in the wider horse community.
Coaches must hold a current Senior First Aid certificate, which is updated every three years.
