Draft new Constitution and Agreement
Consultation drafts
A draft new Constitution for RDA SA has gone through a review process among all interested stakeholders. We acknowledge the South Australian Office for Recreation and Sport for providing the Constitution template.
A draft Agreement for Centres has been written to replace the current By-laws for Groups.
Both documents can be accessed below.
The consultation period ran from 16 June to 2 September 2011.
Submissions were tabled at the RDA SA Centres' Forum on October 22, 2011 approved at the meeting. The RDA SA Board subsequently approved the final drafts, and will recommend these be to be adopted at the next RDA SA Annual General Meeting (May 2012).

RDA SA Constitution and Rules
RDA SA's current Constitution was last revised in 2008. It is complemented by By-laws for Centres.
Copies of both can be accessed below, and reasonable requests for printed copies will be considered.
