Good Governance

Riding for the Disabled Association SA Inc (RDA SA) is incorporated as an Association in South Australia.  The Association began 1972 as "Riding for the Handicapped".

RDA SA is governed by a Board of passionate volunteers from diverse backgrounds. The Board comprises a state president, vice president, treasurer, executive member and general board members.  We also have a volunteer minutes secretary (who is not a Board member).

The Board meets on the second Tuesday of every month (except January) at 6.15pm.

The Board employs staff to run the Association on its behalf. State Office headquarters are at 215 Portrush Road, Maylands. 

Staff include a state manager, finance manager, administration & reception staff, coaching co-ordinator, grants officer.  Staff numbers are 4.2 FTE (full-time-equivalent). Click on the links to find out more about RDA SA staff.
