
Grace Bowman (above) has been selected to represent Australia in the Paralympic Games (Equestrian) in 2008.
State Manager - Kay Milton. Kay joined RDA SA as full-time state manager in August 2002 after more than 20 years working in the political field. She is a lifelong horse-owner, breeder and competitor, particularly with Arabian horses and endurance riding. Other interests: reading, gardening, family history and participates in annual local theatre production.
Coaching Co-ordinator - Karen Aspery. Karen works part-time (0.8) as Coaching & Volunteer Co-ordinator. She is responsible for ensuring coaches are properly trained to meet NCAS and RDA standards, and develops and delivers excellent training programs. She is a horse-owner and competitor, and has a passion for dressage. Karen has worked for RDA since mid-2005.
Finance Manager - Ella Kos Ella has been with RDA SA since September 2003. As part of her duties she liaises with centre treasurers to ensure each centre receives its rightful payments, and trains treasurers in the intricacies of MYOB. She also co-ordinates the doorknock collections program which provides much-needed income assistance. She loves animals and has a German Shepherd called Yogi. Ella works full-time.
Administration officer - Rosalee Cearns Rose joined RDA SA staff full-time in June 2006. She is our "front line" staff member covering reception, phone, mail, rider registrations... all the while staying cheerful and friendly and welcoming to everyone. Our office bubble.
Clerical assistant - Theresa Moore Assists all staff when necessary. Responsible for volunteer registrations. Sometimes acts as relief staff when others are absent. (0.6) Another irrepressible spirit.
Project officer, coaching - Sam Davies Assists Karen with centre accreditations, coaching issues. Also a whiz at policy development and preparing RDA SA for accreditation (HACC, SEF, ORS) (0.2) Sam is studying for her PhD at Flinders Uni in aquaculture (polychaetes or scoletoma, or something like that.)

Andy Esworthy - Grants Officer: liaises and assists centres with grant applications. (0.2) Previously worked as executive officer of Muscular Dystrophy SA for 10 years, bringing his wealth of experience and amazing skillset to benefit RDASA.
Rob McBryde - Project Manager, assisting Blackwood RDA centre with developing new "greenfield" site at O'Halloran Hill.
Bernadette White - Project Assistant, working with Rob McBryde on O'Halloran Hill project.
