Congratulations to RDASA rider Grace Bowman , whose selection for the Australian Paralympic Dressage Team has been confirmed.

Grace is one of five Australian riders selected for the Equestrian Dressage team, which team chef d’equip Ken Dagley described as “the strongest team” has ever selected.

Ken says, “There is a very good mix of skill levels and every member of the team has a great support team behind them.

“We’re confident of a very good performance at the Games,” he says.

The other Australian dressage team riders are Georgia Bruce (Qld), Sharon Jarvis (WA), Nicole Kullen (NSW) and Jan Pike (NSW). 

The Equestrian events will be held in Hong Kong (not Beijing ) on Sept 8 – 11, with several South Aussies attending to cheer on our riders.

ABC 2 TV will be providing eight hours of television coverage every day during the Paralympic Games (Sept 6 – 17).

Sharp-eyed tv viewers may have noticed footage of Grace riding her horse in Toyota advertisements in the last two weeks, as part of Toyota ’s sponsorship arrangements with the Paralympics.
