
All RDA SA riders and volunteers are covered by RDAA insurance once their registration is recorded for the current year.
Registered coaches are covered as long as they are engaged in official RDA activities as a volunteer.
RDA coaches are not covered by RDA insurance if they charge a fee and receive payment for their coaching.
In 2007 - 2008 PKF Organisation Development conducted a comprehensive finance and governance review of RDA SA operations. This review was funded by and conducted on behalf of the Office for Recreation and Sport.

RDA SA Disability Action Plan was approved by RDA SA Board in September 2008. The plan is a "working document" with new timelines to be incorporated with other action plans (SEF, HACC, Office for Rec & Sport) as part of the Association's Strategic Plan 2009 - 2013.
