Riding for the Disabled Assoc SA Inc does not store any credit card numbers and utilises Secure Socket Layer technology for its on-line transactions. This ensures high level protection of your personal and financial details, and other particulars, which are all encrypted as they are sent to and from your computer.
We aim to protect the security and integrity of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. While we strive to protect such information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once any personal information comes into our possession, we will take reasonable steps to protect that information from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Other information including your name and address is only stored on our server for us to facilitate any customer service enquiries and deliveries.
Follow-up contact by email, telephone, post or fax may be necessary to confirm or clarify specific items related to any transaction. Any information forwarded to RDA SA, including copy, graphic images and other details shall imply an irrevocable and unrestricted license to use the information as necessary for the fulfilment of the transaction.
Refunds – On line orders
We take great care to ensure that prices and items for sale on this website are accurate. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in the original packaging within the warranty period which is 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 you may seek a refund if goods:
• Are or become faulty through no fault of your own
• Are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
• Don’t match the description or sample
• Have defects that were not obvious.
However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you must show proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.
You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling paid on your order.
Refunds - Events
Refunds for event and workshop bookings may be made at the discretion of the organisers. The terms of refunds on event bookings (if any) will be advised prior to and at time of booking.
Refunds – Donations & Lottery Tickets
RDA SA does not offer refunds on these items.
All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). All transactions are displayed & processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday (9am – 4pm), except Public Holidays.
Cost of shipping is $5 per item, or as indicated on a relevant order form, or as negotiated based on item weight and destination.
